Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the platform. Refunds are subject to platform policies. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.

5. Educational Content Disclaimer

SavePar provides educational golf content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific score reductions or handicap changes. Results depend on individual effort, skill, and circumstances.

6. Health and Safety

Practise golf safely. Consult a professional for medical concerns. SavePar is not liable for injuries arising from use of techniques in our Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including branding, lessons, software, and graphics is owned by SavePar or its licensors. Do not copy or distribute without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SavePar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months, or 50 if nothing was paid.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
